6. Individual Action Consent Agenda Items

• City Council Action on any item removed from the consent agenda.

7. Special Event Liquor License/Harvard Boys League

• The Harvard Boys League is requesting a Special Event Liquor License for Friday, July 16, 2021, and Saturday, July 17, 2021, from 7 am to 8 pm at the Harvard Boys League Moose Field. Action requested is to approve or deny the license, pending payment of fees and submission of dram shop insurance.

8. Aldermanic Committee Appointments

• Action requested is to approve the aldermanic committee appointments as presented.

9. Ordinance Committee Recommendation/Resolution of Inducement Providing for Feasibility Study and Report with Respect to the Designation of an Area as a Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area

• Action requested is to approve the resolution as presented.

10. Ordinance Committee Recommendation/RFP for the Establishment of a Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Service

• Action requested is to approve the RFP with proposed changes as presented.

11. Bid for the 2021 Sidewalk Replacement Program

• Action requested is to authorize the Mayor to award the bid for the 2021 Sidewalk Replacement Program.

12. Schedule Committee of the Whole to Revisit the Strategic Vision

13. Call Transportation Committee Meeting to discuss future sidewalks and get everyone up to speed on projects in the que for Ayer/Marengo/Diggins streets, RTA Grant Study for Pace 808, and the Post Office sidewalk

14. Call Community Development Committee Meeting for Ayer Street water main, 7 acres on North Division/letter of intent, and E. Burbank water service line issue, plus the old police station fate
