On Sept. 30, Diane M. Willms (trust) purchased a two bedroom home at 106 Birch Lane, Oakwood Hills from Plainfield Residential Partners LLC for $365,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,580.60, which is 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $176,000 on March 15, 2012.

So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Oakwood Hills.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 106 Birch Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Curt Schenk, 60, Kelly S. Schenk, 60, and Kevin Michael Schenk, 26.
