On Nov. 30, Midland Trust Co., Richard Marzec and Richard Marzec 1721062 purchased a home at 270 Berkshire Drive, Crystal Lake from Lillian E. Christensen for $205,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,658.18, which is 2.76% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 84 properties sold in Crystal Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lillian E. Christensen (96) has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
