Shawn Brodie acquires 1931 Cary Road, Haegers Bend

On Dec. 29, Shawn Brodie purchased a home at 1931 Cary Road, Haegers Bend from Gail S Drobny and Elizabeth A. Drobny (trust) for $300,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $10,847.66, 3.62% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Haegers Bend.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Elizabeth A. Drobny (91) has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
