On Feb. 28, Anita K Burton purchased a home at 1004 N. Hart St., Harvard from Patricia A. Novel and Michael T. Shields (deceased) for $173,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,333.22, 1.35% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, six properties sold in Harvard.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael T. Shields has been registered to vote since 1966 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1004 N. Hart St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael T. Shields, 76, Lamar D Hay, 69, and Patricia A. Hay, 71.
