c. Motion to adopt the proposed Ordinance # 705 Annexing the Alden Property LLC and DWB Properties LLC to the Village of Prairie Grove.

d. Motion to adopt the proposed Ordinance # 706 classifying the Alden Property LLC and DWB Properties LLC property R-1 Estate District in the Village and granting certain requested variations to permit existing uses.

a. Motion to adopt an Ordinance # 707 Authorizing Execution of the proposed Annexation Agreement with NuVoRealtyGroup LLC and the Seeger’s Family Limited Partnership, subject to Architectural Review.

b. Motion to adopt the proposed Ordinance # 708 annexing the NuVoRealtyGroup LLC property to the Village of Prairie Grove, subject to Architectural Review.

c. Motion to adopt the proposed Ordinance # 709 classifying the NuVoRealtyGroup LLC property R-1 Estate District in the Village and granting certain requested bulk Variations, subject to Architectural Review.

d. Motion to Approve Ordinance # 703 Relating to the Village of Prairie Grove School Impact Fees

e. Discussion & Possible motion to direct Village Attorney to prepare a Variance to the Village Code allowing School Dist. 46 to change the starting time of construction Hours Monday through Friday to begin at 6:00am

f. Discussion & Possible Motion to Approve Budget FY 2022/2023

A portion of the meeting may be closed to the Public, effective immediately as ermitted by 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the Village, as permitted by 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (11) to discuss litigation against, affecting, or on behalf of the Village which has been filed and is pending in a court of administrative tribunal of which is imminent and as permitted by 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (21) to review and approve closed session minutes and as permitted by 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (2) Collective negotiating matters.
