1. Ordinance – Liquor License – Food Shed Co-op (239a) 

Approval of an Ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 3, Liquor Control, of the Woodstock City Code to create one new Class B-3 liquor license (Major retail/grocery store) to be issued to McHenry County Food Cooperative d/b/a The Food Shed Co-op, contingent upon fulfillment of all requirements. 2. Ordinance – Code Amendments to Liquor Control and Mobile Food Vendors (239b) 

Approval of an Ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 3 of the City’s Code regarding Liquor Control and Title 3, Chapter 6, Section 1 regarding Mobile Food Truck Vendors. DOC. 2 

3. Ordinance – City Code Amendment – Field Usage Fees (239c) 

Approval of an Ordinance amending Title 6, Chapter 2 of the City’s Code regarding public parks, playgrounds, public facilities and public grounds, specifically Title 6, Chapter 2, Section 1 (Definitions), Section 2 (Permits) and Section 3 (Deposits and Fees). DOC. 3 

4. Resolution – Community Funding Block Grant (CDBG) - Olson Park (239d) 

Approval of a Resolution authorizing submission of an application to the FY2024 CDBG program through McHenry County for the Olson Park Walkability Project. DOC. 4 

5. Historic District Residential Assistance Program – 124 N. Madison Street (239e) 

Approval of an application for not more than 50 percent of program-eligible costs (up to $4,637.17) for specified exterior improvements at 124 North Madison Street under the Historic District Residential Assistance Program.

6. Contract Award – 2024 Water Softener Salt (239f) 

Authorization to award a contract for the purchase and delivery of water softener salt to Midwest Salt, LLC, West Chicago, IL at the bid unit price of $146 per ton for all purchases throughout the calendar year 2024; and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract subject to final review by the City Attorney.

7. Contract Award – 2024 Liquid Alum (239g) 

Authorization of the City Manager, or his designee, to approve a contract for the purchase and delivery of Liquid Alum with Affinity Chemical, LLC, Flanders, NJ, for the unit price of $408.00 per dry ton for the calendar year of 2024.
