1. Resolution – TIF #2 Inducement – 326 Washington St. and Adjacent Parcels (244a)

Approval of a Resolution of the City of Woodstock, McHenry County, Illinois, to Induce the Redevelopment of Certain Property within the Woodstock TIF #2 Downtown & Route 47 (326 Washington St. and adjacent parcels). DOC. 1

3. PFAS Settlement Opt-In (244c)

Approval to ratify the City Manager’s actionsto opt-in to the products liability settlement agreements associated with PFAS/PFOS contamination of drinking water.

4. Expenditure Approval – Security Camera System – Benton & Main (244d)

Approval to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve an expenditure from the FY23/24 CIP Budget for a security camera solution that will cover both N. Benton St. and Main St. The purchase will be through Siemens Industry, Inc. (Cameras and Service Agreement) of Rolling Meadows, IL, Associated Electric (Electrical and Installation) of Woodstock, IL, Qubit Networks (Data Transmission) of LaPorte, IN, and CDW-G (Firewall Protection) of Vernon Hills, IL for a total project start-up cost not to exceed $85,000.

5. Purchase Approval – Public Works Vehicle and Roll-off Containers (244e)

Approval to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, utilizing Home Rule authority and waiving of bids, to execute a purchase agreement for one (1) Peterbilt 567 Roll-off Truck from Custom Truck One Source of Kansas City, MO for an amount not to exceed $265,000 and for the purchase of Three (3) Roll-off Containers for a price not to exceed $28,000.
