F. Consider for Approval a Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute an Engineering Design Services Agreement with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd., Rosemont, Illinois, in an Amount Not to Exceed $38,990.00 for Work Associated with the Water Tower #1 Painting Project and Authorizing the Village Administrator to Approve a Ten Percent Contingency for Unforeseen Changes in Scope for a Total Project Budget of $42,889.00
