City of Harvard City Council met Dec. 10.

The public is invited to make an issue-oriented comment on any matter of public concern not otherwise on the agenda. Individuals wishing to address the City Council are invited to come forward to the podium and be recognized by the Mayor; provide their name and address for purposes of the record, if willing to do so. Public comment is restricted to no longer than 3 minutes in duration. Interrogation of the City staff, Mayor or City Council will not be allowed at this time, nor will any comment from the Council. Personal invectives against City staff or elected officials are not permitted.

● Recommendation: “Motion to adopt the resolution to induce the redevelopment of property located at 495 Comanche Circle.”
8. Payment of Bills
● “Motion to approve payment of the bills in the amount of $815,603.65.”
9. Vending License Applications
● Recommendation: “ Motion to approve Annual 2025 vending licenses.”
10. Class A Liquor License Application
● Magdalena Rios, Barajas Mexican Bar & Grill has submitted an application for a Class A Liquor License. Action requested is to approve or deny the application pending submission of fees and insurance.
11. Infrastructure Committee Recommendation- Grease Trap Ordinance
● Recommendation: “Motion to adopt the proposed ordinance amending Section 13A.06, regarding Grease Oil, and Sand Interceptors.”
12. Infrastructure Committee Recommendation-Wastewater Penalties
● Recommendation: “Motion to adopt the proposed ordinance amending Section 13A.15 regarding wastewater penalties.”
