Approval of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to bring an Eminent Domain proceeding to acquire vacant property located at 101-109 S. Jefferson Street.
3. Resolution – Agreement with Joyce Nardulli, LLC for Professional Services (263c)
Approval of a Resolution approving an agreement with Joyce Nardulli, LLC for Intergovernmental and Legislative Advocacy Professional Services.
4. Agreement – Local 150 Collective Bargaining Agreement (263d)
Authorization for the Mayor, City Clerk, and City Administration to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150, Public Employees Division, and the City of Woodstock for the period of May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2027.
