6.1 Petition No. 25-01.01 , Stillwell Grove, LLC, Owner, Relating to Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the Huntley Springs Subdivision (generally located at the southeast corner of Powers Road and Samantha Lane), Request is for approval of Final Plat of Subdivision and Final Planned Unit Development for a 41 lot single-family residential subdivision, including any necessary relief, in accordance with the plans that have been submitted to, and are on file with, the Village of Huntley.

7.1 Petition No. 25-01.02 , Venture One Real Estate, Petitioner, and Huntley Development LP, as Owner, Relating to the property known as Lot 1 in Huntley Corporate Park – Phase 1 and the East 547 Feet of Lot 5 in Huntley Corporate Park – Phase 3 (generally located at the southwest corner of Quality Drive and Jim Dhamer Drive), Request is for approval of (i) a  Special Use Permit for Product Research and Development within the “O” Corporate Office zoning district; (ii) a Special Use Permit for Food Processing and Handling within the “O” Corporate Office zoning district; and (iii) and a Preliminary and Final Planned Unit Development, including any necessary relief, in accordance with the plans that have been submitted to, and are on file with, the Village of Huntley, pursuant to the requirements of Section 156.204 of the Huntley Zoning Ordinance.
