1. Ordinance – Addition of a New Liquor License Classification B-3a (268a)
Approval of an Ordinance amending Section 3.3.6, Classification of Licenses: Number and Fees, of Chapter 3, Title 3, Liquor Control, of the Woodstock City Code, modifying the parameters of the B-3 Liquor License Classification to include a new B-3a License Classification.
2. Ordinance – City Code 4.9.5 – Scrivener’s Errors (268b)
Approval of an Ordinance to correct scrivener’s errors in the City Code for Section 4.9.5, Regulation of Sale, Possession and Use of Tobacco Products, Electronic Cigarettes, Alternative Nicotine Products, Bidi Cigarettes, Smokeless Tobacco, Smoking Herbs and Tobacco Accessories.
3. Ordinance – Sign Variation – 601 S. Eastwood Drive – Terrabis Dispensary (268c)
Approval of an Ordinance granting sign variations from the Woodstock Unified Development Ordinance to allow a fifteen-foot tall ground sign with a setback of 5.5 feet at 601 South Eastwood Drive, Woodstock, Illinois.
4. Resolution – Professional Services Agreement – Nurture – Amendment C (268d)
Approval of a Resolution, utilizing Home Rule authority and waiving of the RFP process, to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement Exhibit C with Nurture from Chicago, Illinois to provide architectural and engineering services for the Woodstock Recreation Center Phase One project, for an amount not to exceed $84,835, subject to final review by the City Attorney.
5. Resolution – Option Agreement – Veterans Facility (268e)
Approval of a Resolution to approve an Option Agreement with the American Veterans Alliance of McHenry County and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute said Agreement, subject to legal review and finalization of Exhibit B regarding Pioneer Center’s consent.
6. Contract Award – Fiesta Pool, Inc. – WWW Pool Improvements (268f)
Approval for the City Manager, or his designee, utilizing Home Rule authority and waiving of bids, to execute a contract subject to final review by the City Attorney with Fiesta Pool, Inc., Woodstock, IL to perform concrete repairs and refinishing for the Woodstock Water Works (WWW) baby pool, hand rail installation for the bay pool, and complete floor drain replacement in each of the three pools for a total cost of $26,025.
