D. MANAGER’S REPORT NO. 271:

1. Ordinance – Amendment to Liquor Control Code – Antioch Pizza (271a)

Approval of an Ordinance Amending Title 3, Chapter 3, Liquor Control, of the Woodstock City Code to add one Class A-2 (Restaurant) Liquor License and issue said license to Antioch Pizza, 150 S. Eastwood Drive, upon fulfillment of all requirements.

2. Ordinance – Amendment to Liquor Control Code – Quality Inn & Suites (271b)

Approval of an Ordinance Amending Title 3, Chapter 3, Liquor Control, of the Woodstock City Code to add one Class E-5 (Hotel Small Bar and In-room Minibar) Liquor License and issue said license to Quality Inn & Suites, 1785 S. Eastwood Drive, upon fulfillment of all requirements.

3. Resolution – Appropriating Motor Fuel Tax Funds for Maintenance of Streets and Highways (271c)

Approval of a Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality under the Illinois Highway Code which appropriates $1,035,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.

4. Resolution – Dissolution of Agreement with Professional Audio Designs (271d)

Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to cancel the agreement with Professional Audio Designs, originally approved on January 17, 2023, for audio design services related to sound system improvements for the Park in the Square.

5. Resolution – Contract – Woodstock Square Sound Upgrades (271e)

Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to approve a contract with Thompson Electronics Company in the amount of $69,351.82 for Woodstock Square sound upgrades.

6. Resolution – Professional Services Agreement – Municipal Landfill Services (271f)

Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with GHD Services, Inc. for the Operation, Maintenance, and Monitoring Services at the Woodstock Municipal Landfill from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2027 for a total cost of $56,000.

7. Resolution – Professional Services Agreement – Aeration Tank Improvements at North Wastewater Treatment Plant (271g)

Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Baxter & Woodman Inc. of Crystal Lake, IL for Design Engineering Services for the Aeration Tank Improvements Project at the North Wastewater Treatment Plant for an amount not to exceed $129,691.
