Summer Curtis, Soccer Player | University Of Wisconsin-Whitewater atheletics
Brooklynn Carlson, a Criminology major from the Village of Lakewood, Illinois, was recognized as an All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) honoree for her contributions to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's soccer team during the 2025 season. She is one of three Warhawks players to receive all-conference honors this year.
Summer Curtis, from Cary, Illinois, was named to the All-WIAC First Team. After transferring to UW-Whitewater for her final collegiate season, Curtis led the team in goals with seven and added one assist for a total of 15 points.
Carlson received Honorable Mention recognition. She was second on the team in scoring with six goals and two assists while playing in 19 games and logging 740 minutes as a forward.
Anna Gunderson, from Mukwonago, Wisconsin, also earned Honorable Mention. As a defender, she started all 20 games this season and played over 1,600 minutes. Gunderson led the team in assists with three and took most of the team's corner kicks. She also scored once against Coe College earlier in the season.
The Warhawks finished their 2025 campaign with an 8-7-5 record, marking their highest win total since 2022.
