Trustee Brehmer, Chairperson, called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order at 7:54 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM 1: Roll Call to Establish a Quorum
Present: Trustees, Jerry Glogowski, Laura Brehmer, Maggie Auger, Brian Dianis, Bob Smith, John Spella, President, Debby Sosine and Clerk, Fred Martin.
A quorum was established
Staff in Attendance: Tim Schloneger, Village Manager; Mike Kumbera, Deputy Village Manager and CFO; Nadim Badran, Deputy Village Manager and Public Works Director; Patrick Knapp, Community Development irector; Cliff Ganek, Village Engineer; Tim Cooney, Deputy Chief of Police; Attorney, Kelly Cahill.

Mr. Kumbera:
a. Proposed Water and Sewer Improvement and Construction Fund
b. Proposed MFT and Street Improvement Funds
c. Proposed Park Improvement Fund
d. Proposed Natural Area and Drainage Improvement Fund
AGENDA ITEM 6: Executive Session
Moved by Auger second by Glogowski to move into Executive Session for personnel matters at 8:21 p.m.
Roll Call: Trustees, Jerry Glogowski, Laura Brehmer, Maggie Auger, Brian Dianis, Bob Smith, John Spella, President, Debby Sosine and Clerk, Fred Martin
Moved by Glogowski second by Spella to reconvene the Village Board Meeting at 8:57 p.m.
Roll Call: Trustees, Jerry Glogowski, Laura Brehmer, Maggie Auger, Brian Dianis, Bob Smith, John Spella, President, Debby Sosine and Clerk, Fred Martin President Sosine stated there was no action taken at the Executive Session
