(3) Pass an Ordinance Approving a Final Planned Development for Lot 6 of the NorthPoint Algonquin Corporate Campus

(4) Pass an Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of a Development Agreement Concerning Certain Property Commonly Known as Huntington Villas Subdivision Pending Attorney Review

(2) Adopt a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Amendment to the Refuse and Recycling Contract with Groot Recycling & Waste Services, Inc. allowing for a June Start Date

(3) Adopt a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Agreement with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. for the Extension of the In-House engineering Contract for FY2026-27

(4) Adopt a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Amendment to the Agreement with Benchmark Construction for Change Order Number 1 for the Souwanas Trail and Schuett Street Improvements Project Amending the Final Contract Amount to $8,511,615.06

(5) Adopt a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Agreement with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. for the Boyer Road Improvements Phase III Construction Oversight for the Boyer Road Improvement Project in the Amount of $425,830.00

(6) Adopt a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with McHenry County for the Construction and Long Term Maintenance of the Shared Yard Improvements

(7) Pass Resolution Allowing the Village to Undertake Emergency Repairs within IDOT Right-of-Way

(8) Pass a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Agreement with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd for Phase 2 Engineering Design of Huntington Drive Resurfacing Improvements in the Amount of $124,078.00

(9) Pass a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Agreement with Schwartz Construction Group, Inc. for the Willoughby Farms Park Project in the Amount of $4,823,101.16
