Village of Fox River Grove President and Board of Trustees met March 3

CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Village President McLaughlin called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Center. Present at roll call were Trustees Curtiss, Hester, Joseph, Knar, and Migdal. Trustee Wall was absent. Also present were Administrator Soderholm, Assistant Administrator Bechler, Chief Waitrovich, and Clerk Caesar.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND TRUSTEE REPORTS
Village President McLaughlin announced the upcoming quarterly Meet Mayor Marc will be next Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30 p.m. in the community room.

Trustee Curtiss made a motion to approve consent agenda items A-F. Trustee Migdal seconded. Trustee Hester inquired about the $1,700 payment for parking tickets on the accounts payable report. Administrator Soderholm explained that expense was for an order for paper stock ticket books for the police department. Trustee Knar added that the price for carbonless paper stock has increased 30-40% recently, as companies have transitioned to other media for ticket writing and the printing equipment is expensive to maintain for production companies. Roll Call: Trustee Curtiss, Hester, Joseph, Knar, and Migdal -all “yes.” MOTION PASSED.

Trustee Knar made a motion to adjourn the Village Board meeting at 6:35 p.m. Seconded by Trustee Migdal. A voice vote was taken. Trustees Curtiss, Hester, Joseph, Knar, and Migdal – all “yes”. MOTION PASSED.
