1. Approval: Consent Agenda – Approval via One Vote for All
All matters listed under Item 1, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. If a separate discussion is desired, that item should be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.
A. Village Board and Executive Session Meeting Minutes – December 17, 2024
The Board will consider the approval of previous meeting minutes.
B. Accounts Payable – January 7, 2025
The Board will consider the approval of the accounts payable reports and payment of the bills.
C. Treasurer’s Report – November 2024
The Board will consider the approval of the monthly treasurer’s report.
D. Façade Grant Agreement – Pence Holdings
The Board will consider authorizing the Village Administrator to execute an agreement with Pence Holdings (the owner of 412 Lincoln Avenue) to provide a façade grant of $16,000.00 associated with the costs of new windows, siding and a door.
E. Park Permit / Sound Permit Fee Waivers for Fox River Grove Memorial Library Summer Reading
Program Picnic July 26, 2025
The Board will consider waiving park and amplified sound permit fees for the Fox River Grove Memorial Library’s Summer Reading Program picnic to be held July 26, 2025.
2. Discussion: Façade Grant Request – Pieceful Gathering Quilt Shop
The Board will consider a request for a façade grant at Pieceful Gathering Quilt Shop (106 Northwest Highway) to fund a new sign.
