Dutch Creek Estates Phases 3, 4, and 5 Johnsburg, Illinois –
Request for an amendment to E-1 Planned Development zoning for Phases 3, 4 and 5 of Dutch Creek Estates subdivision. Said amendment is to allow for a single accessory building with a floor space not to exceed 3% of the lot area on any single lot measuring 1.5 acres or more with conditions.

MOTIONS
Motion to in favor or against the request for an amendment to the E-1 Planned Development zoning granted for Phases 3, 4 and 5 of Dutch Creek Estates subdivision to permit a single accessory building with a floor area not to exceed 3% of the lot area on any single lot measuring 1.5 acres or more with conditions; and to adopt Findings of Fact for same.
