Village of Lake in the Hills Board of Trustees met March 12

The public is invited to make an issue-oriented comment on any matter of public concern. The public comment may be no longer than 3 minutes in duration.

5. Consent Agenda

This portion of the agenda contains several items which will be acted upon in one motion unless any Trustee wishes to remove an item. For members of the public, copies of the agenda are available at the entryway.

A. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the February 26, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting.

B. Motion to approve the March 13, 2026 Schedule of Bills, total of all funds in the amount of $954,670.08.

C. Motion to authorize the Village President to execute the Joint Participation Agreement with the State of Illinois to allow the Village to participate in the Rock Salt Joint Purchasing Program for the 2026-2027 Snow Season.

D. Motion to authorize the Village Administrator to execute a Ground Lease with EBUDUR,LLC, for the parcel commonly referred to as PAP-20 at the Lake in the Hills Airport.

The Board may combine multiple items in the same motion. A Trustee may at any time request that the combined action be voted upon in separate motions.

E. Ratification of Emergency Repairs to Well 14 and Waiver of Competitive Bidding.
