The Woodstock City Council will discuss a report from City Manager Roscoe Stelford outlining several items on the agenda for the council meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The manager's report contains seven items up for discussion, among them a proposal to approve Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Benefit Leave Protection for Nicholas McCahill to receive benefits from Oct. 19, 2015, to March 23, 2016.
The council will also discuss approving a proposal for Sikich LLP to provide auditing services for Woodstock through April 30, 2019, with an option for fiscal years that end April 30, 2020, and April 30, 2021, pending approval by the city.
The council agenda includes an ordinance to authorize the mayor and city clerk to enter an intergovernmental agreement for the McHenry County Gang Task Force and a resolution for an intergovernmental agreement to consolidate dispatch services at the expanded McHenry Dispatch Center.
The council will also consider a resolution to extend the Impact Fee Deferral Program to Dec. 31, 2017, and an ordinance that would authorize the city clerk and mayor to enter a lease agreement with the Chamber of Commerce for the old dispatch area in the City Hall’s lower level.
Also on the agenda is consideration of a proposal to authorize the mayor and city clerk to enter into an agreement with EMH Consulting to establish a partnership to start a creative services incubator.
