Village of Richmond to hold first board meeting of 2016 on Jan. 7.
Numerous resolutions will be voted on during the Jan. 7 Village of Richmond board meeting.
The meeting, which starts at 7 p.m., will be the first meeting of 2016.
The items to be voted on are numerous and of a wide variety. The approval of a quote of purchase for the city is a Fortinet FortWiFi 60D Firewall. The quote is for $800. There is also approval of a budget amendment for the fiscal year 2016 that will be for Digester Sludge Disposal.
Other items, including the approval of a resolution, R2016-01, are for closed session minutes. Another ordinance will be for amending variations of article 6.8, the Signs of the Unified Development Ordinance.
A discussion of the board of trustees priority items and task list is also on the agenda.
All board meetings are held at 5600 Hunter Drive in Richmond, Illinois.
