'Planning and Priorities Report' to be discussed at Jan. 5 Richmond Community Development Committee meeting.
The Village of Richmond Community Development Committee will review the “Planning Priorities Report” at its Jan. 5 board meeting, which will be the first of 2016.
The discussion of community development is the first item on the agenda, with a movie projector for Memorial Hall being one of the top priorities. The committee will also look to finalize the ordinance to amend section 6.8.13, which is a variation of Richmond Municipal code for Article 6.8 signs.
The committee will also discuss the CMAP, Local Technical Assistance project scope, which is the Village of Richmond Resolution that will see the completion of the “Planning Priorities Report.” This will include the CMAP memorandum of understanding.
The board will seek to review the agreement with Piqued. An evaluation will take place on grants and recruitments. The committee is also looking to have Memorial Hall cleaned and maintained, so members are looking into hiring a service; they will also review the update of the Richmond Business Center signs.
The committee is composed of Chief Ciro, Scott Drabant, David Nelson, Jennifer Ezop and Lauri Olsen.
