Fox River Grove village trustees will meet as a committee of the whole to discuss a new mobile parking app and other issues affecting commuters immediately following Thursday's Village Board meeting in Village Hall at 305 Illinois St.
Village trustees will consider the mobile parking app and a neighborhood traffic enforcement program.
The committee will also review a presentation on development at 1050 Northwest Highway.
