The Village of Cary Board of Zoning, Planning and Appeals met Thursday to discuss two petitions.
One petition was from Jwalant Pradhan of Clarintech Inc. requesting a conditional use permit for the construction of a center for tutoring people in mathematics. The proposed center would be at 644 Northwest Highway.
The Clarintech website states that the company specializes in project management within the realm of customer relations management and technological services.
The second petition was submitted by the St. Barnabas Lutheran Church and Cary Food Pantry, who are seeking approval to install a detached garage at 8901 Cary-Algonquin Road.
