The Algonquin Village Board will meet as a committee of the whole at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to discuss a planned unit development and several requests for special use permits.
The request for the planned unit development with an associated special use permit is for property at 234 S. Randall Road made by Seth Sommers on behalf of First Midwest Group.
Trustees will also discuss special use requests from Aspen Dental and the Rehab Care Group East and an planned use development amendment for an MRI addition for Advocate Sherman.
These items were brought forward from a meeting of the village’s Planning and Zoning Commission on March 14.
Trustees will also discuss the McHenry County Conservation District and its Conservation Conference.
