The Johnsburg Village Board discussed an intergovernmental agreement regarding the Old Bay Road boat launch at its Feb. 16 meeting.
During the public commentary portion of the meeting, local resident Neal Herbert asked the board about an agreement that was to be made between McHenry, McHenry County and the villages of Lakemoor and Johnsburg about boat launches on Old Bay Road.
Village President Edwin Hettermann said the village is reviewing the document and is seeking additional information about the agreement.
The board also approved disbursements from the general Fund, the waterworks and sewage fund totaling $213,518.94. The minutes also state that a total $210,000 was disbursed from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to support the 2016 road program.
