Lake in the Hills trustees discuss county SWAT agreement

The Lake in the Hills Village Board met as a committee of the whole Tuesday.

The village of Lake in the Hills has a village president-trustee form of government and employs a professional village administrator and department heads to oversee the day to day operations of the village. The elected officials of the village of Lake in the Hills consist of a president, six trustees and village clerk. All members of the Village Board are members of the committee of the whole, which reviews and approves items to be placed for vote on the Village Board agenda. The committee of the whole meets in Village Hall, 600 Harvest Gate.
