2. Public Comment: Any person wishing to address the Committee will be asked to identify themselves for the record and will be asked but are not required to provide their address. Public comment may be restricted to three-minutes for each individual speaker. Order and decorum shall be maintained at public meetings.
3. Motion to approve the March 23, 2016 and April 4, 2016 Finance and Personnel Committee Reports
4. Consideration regarding the sale of three-acres of city property located west of Dot Street and south of Route 120, to McHenry Elementary School District 15, and recommendation to forward a proposal to the full City Council for consideration
5. Consideration of Updated Purchasing Policy and Procedures and recommendation to forward the policy to the full City Council for consideration
6. Motion to adjourn the meeting.
