The city of McHenry Community Development Committee will meet at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29.

2. Public Comment: Any person wishing to address the Committee will be asked to identify themselves for the record and will be asked but are not required to provide their address. Public comment may be restricted to three-minutes for each individual speaker. Order and decorum shall be maintained at public meetings.
3. Motion to approve the July 11, 2016, Community Development Meeting Report
4. Discussion on proposed amendments to the McHenry Zoning Ordinance, Chapter XII Performance Standards, regarding sound and lighting standards and direction to forward the matter to the Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration
5. Discussion regarding Video Gaming regulations
6. Department Updates
7. Motion to adjourn the meeting
