Cary zoning board considers amending conditional use permit

The village of Cary Board of Zoning, Planning and Appeals met Oct. 20 to consider amending a conditional use permit.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the board:

The Cary Board of Zoning, Planning and Appeals makes recommendations to the village board on land use issues pertaining to the village's Zoning Ordinance, including proposed variations, text amendments, map amendments, conditional use permits and appeals of decisions made by the Zoning Administrator. The board meets at 7:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.
