Spring Grove Planning & Zoning Commission holds public hearing on variance to reduce minimum frontage on a cul-de-sac

Spring Grove Planning & Zoning Commission met Wednesday, Jan. 4.

The commission reviews applications regarding amendments, special use permits and variances for zoning changes. Reviews proposals for new subdivisions and resubdivisions. Based on their findings, the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) makes recommendations to the Village Board.
