Bull Valley Board of Trustees to hold special meeting to discuss agreement with Midwest Fiber Networks

Bull Valley Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15.

The Village of Bull Valley Board of Trustees is comprised of a President and six Trustees. The President is elected for a four year term. Trustees are elected for four years terms with three elected in an election offset by two years from the election of the other three.

The Board meets the fourth Monday of each month unless that falls on a holiday and then the meeting is moved to Tuesday. Village residents are invited to attend board meetings and encouraged to speak to the board about questions and concerns. No prior notice is required to address the board. Special meetings of the Board are held as needed and are posted at Village Hall 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

Update and discussion of proposal for Verizon cell phone tower on Ridge Road including FCC preemption of Village authority to prohibit and limitations on Village power to regulate

Discussion of renewal of boundary agreement with Woodstock

FOIA Update

Executive Session under 5ILCS 120/2(c)(1)

5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.
