The campaign committee Citizens for Fiscal Responsibility owes a $280.78 fine imposed on Sept. 11, 2013 with Stephen Buss listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show six area campaign committees owe a combined total of $17,730.80 in pending fines.
