The Special Meeting of the Richmond-Burton Community High School District #157 Board of Education was called to order by President, Steve Holtz at 5:30 P.M. at Paisano’s Restaurant in Richmond, IL.
Members Present: Alvarado, Keim, Graham, Highley, Holtz, (and guests)
Members Absent: Gough, Thomas
Also Present: Dr. Oest and his wife Cindy, Dr. Robb Cooper (District’s legal counsel)

None
The Board joined in an appreciation dinner in recognition of Dr. Oest’s retirement as the School District’s Superintendent for the past 12 years.
Adjournment
Motion by Alvarado and seconded by Keim to adjourn the Special Meeting at 8:10 P.M.

Nays: None Motion Carried: 5 – 0
