1. Request to Lift Moratorium – The Woodstock Square Event and Banquet Hall

Approval to waive the moratorium on the acceptance of application for a Class A-5 (Banquet Hall / Event Venue) Liquor License for The Woodstock Square Event and Banquet Hall, 333 E. Judd Street, with the understanding this is not a guarantee of license approval and that it is a one-time waiver for this location only.

2. Ordinance – Modification of B-9 Liquor License Classification and Approval for Outdoor Service and Consumption at 315 E. South Street

a) Approval of An Ordinance Amending Section 3.3.6, Classification of Licenses: Number and Fees, of Chapter 3, Title 3, Liquor Control, of the Woodstock City Code, modifying the parameters of the B-9 Liquor License Classification as identified is recommended.

b) Approval for the Department of Building and Zoning and Liquor Commissioner to work with the owner of Wondertucky Distillery and Bottling Company to establish the fencing parameters, number of tables and designated size of the outdoor service area.

3. Agreement – Verizon Cellphone Tower

Approval of an agreement authorizing a site agreement Between the City of Woodstock and Verizon Wireless to put a wireless antenna on the McConnell Road Water Tower.
