The calls in Huntley included 74 fires - 37 structure fires, nine vehicle fires and 24 other fires. The fire department also responded to four calls for ruptures, explosions or overheating.
In all, the department saw $698,284 in fire loss - or about $9,436 per fire.
The department also received 488 false calls, including three malicious calls and 485 other false calls.
