Small-business owners looking for a boost are invited to a three-day series being presented by McHenry County College's Shah Center for Corporate Training and the Illinois Small Business Development Center, according to a press release.
“Lean Strategic Plan – A Simple and Powerful Way to Plan for Today and Tomorrow” is available only as a series event at a cost of $50. Participants will receive a quick review of their business and learn simple strategies meant to produce powerful results that can be implemented within 24 hours later.
Small-business owners will be shown how to articulate their brand and core messaging and identify client acquisition strategies, among other activities.
Barry Saltzman, CEO of Saltzman Enterprise Group, will facilitate the seminar. Saltzman has more than 25 years of experience in both public and private global companies and serves as an advocate for small businesses throughout Chicago.
The series will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on Oct. 18, Oct. 25 and Nov. 1.
