Consent Agenda
1. Read and approve the financial obligations of the District and the Treasurers Report.
2. Recommend acceptance of the Kooi and Pingel Educational Loan Trust and the Brinker Capital Report for the Franks Family Fund, John Swanson Trust and American Legion trust dated September 30, 2017.
New Business
1. Recommend approval of the 1* Quarter Financial Report.
2. Recommend approval of the personnel report.
3. Recommend approval of the district representatives for the PERA Joint Committee.
4. Update on the Kooi and Pingel Educational loans.
5. Recommend approval to sell surplus equipment no longer in use.
Executive Session to possibly discuss: Personnel, Litigation, Real Estate, Negotiations and Student Discipline.
Recommend action as a result of executive session.
