Brad Burgess, The Mindshare Manager founder and principal consultant, recently earned certification as a professional business coach.
Burgess earned the certification by completing a weeklong program conducted by the Professional Business Coaches Alliance in Syracuse, New York, according to a release from the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce. During his training, he learned coaching skills and tools such as behavioral assessments to business diagnostics and learned how to hold clients accountable for changes they want to make, the announcement said.
The Mindshare Manager, based in Crystal Lake, launched in 2007, according to its website. Its services include training, business coaching and sales optimization tools and workshops.
