b. Discuss and take appropriate action to waive the competitive bid advertising process and approve the proposal from Diemer Plumbing & Excavating, Ltd. for Exploratory Excavation at Rte. 12 & Nippersink Creek in the amount not to exceed $30,000.00, and additionally approve the expenditure of funds for implementation of a Traffic Control Plan by Diemer Plumbing
