City of Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Jan. 17.

1. Approve Minutes of the January 3, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.
2. 2017-35 Fox Valley Farms (Habitat for Humanity) – 431 Mchenry Ave – Public Meeting
Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision for a 9-lot subdivision.
3. 2017-49 Keaty – 675 Woodland Dr – Public Hearing
To construct a new residential structure at 31 feet 6 inches in height, a variation of 3 feet 6 inches above the 28-foot maximum height permitted in the zoning district.
4. 2017-50 Culvers – 400 Pingree Road – Public Hearing
Special Use Permit to allow an Electronic Message Center. Variations from Article 2-400C to allow an EMC sign on a zoning lot that does not meet the minimum lot area and that is not located on Route 14 or Route 31.
5. 2017-51 McDonald’s – 230 N Route 31 – Public Hearing
A Special Use Permit Amendment to allow changes to the approved elevations and site plan.
6. 2018-04 Goldman Property – Plum Creek Senior Housing – 8300 Route 14 – Public Meeting
Conceptual review for a 100 unit Senior Housing Facility and 50 duplex senior units.
