1. Waiver of Liquor License Application Moratorium – Double Yolk Café

Waive the moratorium on the acceptance of an application for a Class D (Restaurant with no bar) Liquor License for The Double Yolk Café, 117 E. Van Buren Street, with the understanding this is not a guarantee of license approval and that it is a one-time waiver for this location only.

2. Ordinance –Your Sister’s Tomato

Approve An Ordinance Amending Section 3.3.6, Classification of Licenses; Number and Fees of the Woodstock City Code which would increase the number of Class A-6 liquor licenses by one and the extension of that license to Your Sister’s Tomato, 110 Irving Avenue, Woodstock, contingent upon fulfillment of all identified requirements.

3. Ordinance – Video Gaming Terminals

Approve an Amendment to the Woodstock City Code to reduce the maximum number of licenses allowed by ordinance from one (1) license per every eight hundred and fifty (850) population to one (1) license per every one thousand (1,000) population resulting in a reduction of potentially available licenses by five (5) to a maximum of twenty-five (25) licenses based on Woodstock’s current population.

4. Resolution – IMET Tolling Agreement Extension

A Resolution authorizing a third extension to the tolling agreement between the City of Woodstock and Illinois Metropolitan Investment Fund (IMET).

5. Ordinance – Crystal Lake Boundary Agreement – Six Month Extension

Approve an Ordinance authorizing the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Woodstock and the City of Crystal Lake Extending the Existing Boundary Agreement for an additional six months.

6. Resolution – 2018 & 2019 Engineering Professional Services

Adopt a Resolution which establishes agreements for professional engineering services for calendar years 2018 and 2019 between the City of Woodstock and Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick Inc.; Baxter and Woodman; HR Green, Inc; and Trotter and Associates Inc.

7. Ordinance – Church Street Café – Train Station Rent

Abatement Approve an Ordinance to authorize a rent abatement in the amount of $250 for a period of 18 months starting on January 1, 2018 for the Church Street Café.

8. Resolution and Agreement - Nardulli Contract Extension

Approve a Resolution authorizing the execution of an Agreement with Joyce Nardulli, LLC for Intergovernmental and Legislative Advocacy Professional Services.

9. Professional Services – Downtown Plan Development

Authorization for the City Administration to contract for professional services to assist with the development of the Downtown Plan for a cost not to exceed $21,000 to be funded by line item 01-12-5-515, Strategic Plan/Marketing Services.
