4. Approve Commission Meeting Minutes of November 7, 2017

5. Open Hearing – Trevor and Melissa Berg (petitioners)

The petitioners are requesting relief from Section 17.36.050A, Size of Accessory Uses, to increase the maximum allowable size to build a garage. The petitioners are also seeking relief from Section 17.20.080, Yard Area, Lot and Bulk Regulations (Table 1), to reduce the required side yard setback requirement.
