1. Woodstock Square Event & Banquet Hall Request

Approval of a request to hold events in excess of the current restrictions on March 10th, March 20th, and March 24th, 2018 at the Woodstock Square Event and Banquet, 333 E. Judd Street, provided that portable restroom facilities are provided and valet parking is made available for the March 10th and March 24th events. (106a)

2. Engineering Design Services for the 2018 Resurfacing Program Approval of a Professional Engineering Services proposal from Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick Inc., for design engineering services for the City’s 2018 Street Resurfacing Program at a cost not-to-exceed $57,501. (106b)

3. Waiver of Competitive Bid and Purchase – Olson Park Pump Replacement Approval of a waiver for the requirement of competitive bidding and the purchase of a new centrifugal pump from Metropolitan Pump, Romeoville, IL, for an amount not-to-exceed $14,827. (106c)

4. Ordinance – Lily Pond Road Weight Restrictions Approval of an Ordinance amending the Woodstock City Code by restricting the gross vehicle weight of traffic traveling north of the entrance/exit from Merryman Aggregates on Lily Pond Road to a maximum of eight (8) tons or sixteen thousand (16,000) pounds. 5. Resolution – CDBG Old Courthouse Historic Preservation Funding Approval of a Resolution, authorizing submission of the CDBG grant application “Old Courthouse National Register Landmark Historic Preservation.” (106e) Doc. 2
