1. Ordinance – Decrease Class B-9 Liquor License
Approval of an Ordinance Amending Section 3.3.6, Classification of Licenses; Number and Fees of the Woodstock City Code, which would decrease the number of Class B-9 liquor licenses by one and void the current liquor license for Wondertucky Distillery and Bottling Company, 315 E. South Street, Woodstock, effective immediately.
2. Ordinance – UDO Code Variation –Building Height
Approval of an Ordinance varying Section 7A.5.H (Nonconformities) of the Woodstock Unified Development Ordinance, to allow the building height to be increased by six feet for 220 S. Seminary Avenue.
3. Waiver of Competitive Bid and Purchase – Water Softener #1
a) Approval to waive competitive bids for the purchase of the proprietary media and nozzles from the manufacturer; WesTech, Sturbridge, MA as needed to restore the softener to “like new” condition at a cost “not-to-exceed’ $25,188, and
b) Approval to waive competitive bids and award a contract to Manusos General Contracting, Fox Lake, IL to complete a teardown and inspection of Softener #1 at the Seminary Avenue Water Treatment Plant, make necessary repairs to retain the filter media as per manufacturer’s recommendations, reinstall the filter sand and media, and return the softener to normal service for a cost not to exceed $19,230.
4. Ratification of Emergency Purchase and Request to Waive Competitive Bids and Award of Contract for Repairs to the Borden Street Pressure Boosting Station
Affirmation of an Emergency Purchase and Approval to Waive Competitive Bids and Award a Contract to Flow-Technics Inc., Frankfort, IL to purchase and install a new pressure transducer with related controls in the Borden Street Water Booster Station at a cost not to exceed $14,025.
5. Resolution – Opportunity Zone
Approval of a Resolution Supporting the Nomination of Woodstock to the 2018 Opportunity Zone Program with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
6. Ordinance - Declaration of Surplus Police Department Vehicles
a) Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale Of Personal Property Owned by the City of Woodstock, designating the 2007 Chevrolet Impala bearing VIN 2G1WB55K579288814 as surplus property, and
b) Authorizing and directing the City Manager to dispose of said property as allowed by law, including but not limited to, sale to the highest bidder on www.GovDeals.com, recycling, donation, and/or disposal.
