D. Manager's Report No. 108

1. Award Contract – Woodstock Police Custodial Service (108a)

Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for building custodial services with Image One, Facility Solutions for a one year period with annual renewals at the city’s option to provide building custodial services for the Woodstock Police Department’s facility three times per week and/or on an unexpected, emergency basis.

2. Award of Contract – Woodstock Water Works Concessions (108b)

Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract between City of Woodstock and Napoli Pizza for a three-year lease for the operation of the concessions at Woodstock Water Works receiving compensation of $3,000 for the 2018 season; $3,000 for the 2019 season; and $3,000 for the 2020 season.

3. Waiver of Competitive Bid and Award of Contract – Mosquito Control Services (108c)

a) Approval to waive the requirement for Competitive Bids to provide mosquito control services, and

b) Award a contract for 2018 mosquito control services to Clarke for the quoted price of $4,913 per each application of larvae control products and $9,200 per each application for adult mosquito spraying.

4. Ordinance – McRide Amended Intergovernmental Agreement (108d)

Approval of an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an amended Intergovernmental Agreement providing the continued consolidation of the City’s Dial-A-Ride program with the County’s system. DOC. 1
