4. Public Forum. The Public is invited to make an issue-oriented comment on any matter of public concern. The Public Comment shall be limited to five minutes in duration. Interrogation of the Committee Members or Village Staff will not be allowed. Personal invectives against the Village staff or elected officials are not permitted.

7. Discuss//Review Solicitation Ordinance
