VIII. Recognition Of Visitors

The District 50 School Board appreciates and welcomes all visitors to tonight's meeting. We ask that visitors sign in so we can thank you for attending.

This is the time in our meeting when we invite the public to address the school board with issues and concerns. While the board is very interested in your comments, this is not a time for discussion or debate, we cannot respond to comments or answer questions at this time.

A member of the District 50 administrative staff will follow up within 48 hours of this meeting to determine if you would like to discuss the issue further. In the interest of time, we ask that you keep your comments brief and limit them to three minutes.

Since our board meetings are recorded for re-broadcast to the public, your comments will be recorded as well. We ask that you keep your comments civil and professional. XIII. FOIA Requests

On February 26, 2018, MaryAnn Foster FOIA Officer, received a request from Stephen Chichelli, Data Acquisition Specialist for SmartProcure requesting purchase order number, purchase order date, line item details, line item quantity, line item price, vendor ID number, name, address, contact person and email address for all purchase orders from November 17, 2017 to the current date. On February 27 , 2018, MaryAnn Foster sent the information electronically.

XIV. Superintendent Report

A. Richard D. Crosby Elementary School Improvement Plan - Deb Holland

B. Proposed Two Hour Weather Late Start 2018-19

Dr. Tafoya presented the Board with a proposed schedule for late starts due to weather.

C. ECRA Survey Update

Dr. Tafoya advised the Board that the staff survey would be distributed after Spring break with the results to be presented at the April Regular Meeting of the Board.

XV. Business Manager Report

Mary Taylor advised the Board that she has been meeting with the building principals and reviewing the 2018-19 budgets. Mary also advised the Board that we will be doing a transportation bid in the next 2-3 weeks. That information will be shared at the may Regular Meeting of the Board.
